Technically.
These are 601-603.

I'll spend time on 600... I'm having issues starting it for some reason.
I may change it up.
It'll be a Ridley vs. Tamaya type picture I think.

Anyway. Did these on the train save for the Ridley in a western getup.

6/22 Class & Train

First, class sketches.
The next assignment is to do 3 sketches of one or more animals from a long list explaining how stupid they are (or scientifically smart.)

A chose the Succulina (Lives off of crabs and eventually becomes the crab... like a zombie), Chicken (stare up at the rain and drown themselves. Stupid chickens) and Opossum (Self explanatory). I'll improve on these later. I thought it would be fun to do a small three panel comic for each.

I over-complicate stuff.

Redoing the comic.

Here's a train sketch.
Can't even tell that I'm on a train anymore.

I am going to be busy.

Now starts the final comic. I have 5 weeks to do this.

Rethinking the story a little bit. Minor tweaks here and there to fit the curriculum.
Anyway. I got some sketches scanned. Finally. Here are two train sketches from today.

The differences between Burmecians and my creatures.

What a headache.

Never get a Dell XPS. It's too much of a headache. Add Microsoft Vista to the hardware issues and you've got a fine soup of a nasty migraine.
I am returning everything. Called Dell this morning. Free shipping and a full refund. (I am keeping the laser pointer flashlight that came with the instruction manual as a souvenir of this little error.)

My scanner was not compatible with it. Same goes for my Vista-bound Laptop. Such a pain in the ass. I really dislike Vista.

I'm back on my old computer. I missed the old chum.
I had feared that my personal folder was wiped when the XPS crashed and lost its ability to detect an OS. It was. But my folder still remains on my old computer. I had thought I had moved it entirely onto my external hard drive but I had only copied it.

12+ gigs of music and 10+ years of documents/pictures/photos/etc.

But I am relieved.
Anyway. My scanner works now... so here's a recent train sketch.
